About the Owner
Hi, I’m Collin Groenewoud, owner of Little Dudes Lawn Care. The name might sound a bit funny now that I’m an adult, but it actually has a story behind it. I started mowing lawns as a kid, and one of my customers used to call me “Little Dude.” The name stuck, and over time it became the foundation of my business. That’s also where the gnome in our logo comes from, small, hardworking, and right at home in the yard.
Pictured here with me is my wife, Alyssa. We met in 2020, and she has supported my business from the very beginning. We’ve been married since September 2024, and together we’re proud to be homeowners early on. That experience gives me a unique perspective. I understand firsthand what homeowners want: a property that’s well cared for, reliable service, and results you can be proud of.
Your home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, and maintaining it matters. As someone born and raised in Rapid City, I take pride in serving our community and the beautiful Black Hills area.
